Hey! My name is Peter and I specialize in helping you who want to get in shape and maximize performance on Hyrox and other running event with individual coaching and programs.
I love Hyrox, OCR & Running, but more than anything, I love to coach and inspire athletes who want to finish their first race and athletes who want to maximize performance and beat their PB. I'm now lucky to be working as a Hyrox Coach and Ambassador for the Nordics. I have been working with fitness & health for over 20 years and with Hyrox athletes for 2 years with great results.

I have created a Power Yoga concept specifically for runners to build strength, fix imbalances, improve flexibility and mobility and simply make you a better runner.
